How CineGen Credits and Pricing Work
Every generation costs credits based on clip length and resolution. Here is exactly how that adds up before you spend anything.
Cost is length multiplied by resolution
A generation costs its duration in seconds multiplied by a resolution factor. At 480p the factor is 1x, at 720p it is 2x, and at 1080p it is 5x.
A 5-second 720p clip therefore costs 10 credits, while the same clip at 1080p costs 25 credits. The cost is shown before you confirm.
What each plan includes
Free includes 50 credits on signup and supports 480p and 720p. Pro is $9.90 per month and includes 500 credits per month plus 1080p. Lifetime is a one-time $199 payment with 5000 credits.
Pro and Lifetime both include commercial usage rights and watermark-free exports.
Top-up packs and refunds
If you run out of credits you can buy a top-up pack without changing your plan: 100, 200, 500, or 1000 credits.
If a generation fails, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your account.
Credits FAQ
What is one credit worth?
One credit corresponds to one second of video at 480p. At higher resolutions a second costs more credits.
How much does a 1080p clip cost?
1080p uses a 5x factor, so a 4-second clip costs 20 credits and a 10-second clip costs 50 credits.
Do credits expire?
Credit expiry depends on how the credits were granted: signup and monthly plan credits have their own validity windows. Your account shows the expiry that applies to your current balance.
Are failed generations charged?
No. If a generation fails, the credits are automatically refunded.
